Just before all the fun starts on the 19th, we will be treated to the new collection by designer and celebrity stylist Lewis-Duncan Weedon at The Embassy Club, London. After studying Fashion at Central Saint Martins college and a period of modelling, 25-year-old Lewis has enjoyed continued success with his couture label, LDW Atelier, and support from various celebrities including models Jasmine Lennard and Alex Curran, and we’re looking forward to seeing his new Fall/Winter collection. He gave us a preview into what we can expect: “We’re doing ‘Equestrian Goth‘- lots of lace, lots of Swarovski crystals, very fitted, very glamorous. We really wanted it to be all about the glamour and the dressing up…we thought lets just have some fun with fashion!” Having just done a lingerie collection for a Haiti charity event and preparing for his show, Lewis is a busy man but he took some time out to tell us about his career in fashion, his biggest inspirations and who he’d most love to dress. He also revealed to us what he has planned for 2010, which looks to be an exciting year for the LDW brand. Read the full interview and see pictures from the show in our March issue, coming soon in print and online!
